Video captioner circuit

As shown in the figure is a schematic diagram of the video captioner circuit. The reset function of the power-on is controlled by the integrated circuit IC7, a Maxim MAX699 reset circuit and a supervisory pulse generator. The captioner provides a reset pulse of 140-500 ms when the power is turned on. However, the circuit needs to be connected to some external device, such as the on-screen display controller in circuit 1.
