Jingyuan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed a patent license agreement with Super Time Light Source (Group) Co., Ltd. (Super Time), and has obtained the authorization of patents related to crystal LED filaments.

Jingdian has a key patent portfolio related to LED filament and filament lamp technology. In addition to the LED filament structure, this patent portfolio covers lighting products equipped with LED filaments. In addition, the relevant patent portfolio owned by Jingdian covers Taiwan, China, the United States, Europe and other regions.

Intellectual property is critical to the development of technology, and Crystal Electronics expects the industry to recognize its importance and respect intellectual property. In order to protect the interests of customers, strategic partners and shareholders, Jingdian will take action against IPR infringement in a timely manner.
