The ISL97682, ISL97683, and ISL97684 are compact 2, 3, and 4 LED drivers with an input voltage range of 4V to 26.5V and an output voltage of up to 45V. In bootstrap mode, the driver can also operate at a low voltage of 3V and output up to 26.5V, which can support direct power supply from a single lithium battery.
The device automatically switches between PWM and PFM modes, ensuring an input voltage and output load range of up to 90% for optimum efficiency. All devices feature a current accuracy of 1.5% and a channel-to-channel current match of 0.7%, ensuring uniform backlight brightness for backlighting solutions from 6" to 15" TFT LCDs.
