LED display screen system protection knowledge

The products involved in the LED display system are protected against acid rain, salt spray, water, moisture, dust, fire and corrosion. Through salt spray tests, the test results show that the products meet the national industrial standards and comply with the salt spray. The test requires that the screen be able to be used normally for a long period of time even under conditions of maritime climate.

Three preventive measures: All circuit boards shall be treated with special electronic anti-paint after the production test is completed, and shall be coated with flame-retardant materials to make them dust-proof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and flame-retardant.

Between the pixels and the module is sealed with an insulating rubber ring to prevent moisture penetration.

The exterior of the screen is made of high-quality aluminum-plastic board with flame-retardant material with excellent corrosion resistance, and the joints between the boards are closely packed with high-quality weather-resistant glue.

The joints between the decoration and the module are filled with foam sticks and filled with high quality weatherproofing glue to prevent moisture infiltration.

All products shell protection level before the release of IP65 or above.
