Founded in 2005, Jiangsu Bosheng Steel Poles Co.,Ltd located in Heqiao Town Industrial Zone, Yixing District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China.
 
Bosheng is the specialized manufacturer of various steel poles and steel components including street lighting poles, electric power poles, traffic signal poles, flag poles, wind power poles and microwave communication towers, etc.
 
Through Shanghai Port, which is one of the largest ports in China, we export poles to South America, Middle East, Africa, Australia, Philippines and other countries.

Production Process
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All the purpose is to produce good quality steel poles.

After the fabrication process such as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating, and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.


Inspection
To make sure the steel pole quality, we have professional technicists to inspect the poles before delivery. We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thickness Test, Galvanization thickness Test, etc.




Packaging & Shipping
We use sack to pack the poles or straw at the pole top and bottom, which is our normal package. We also use wood between the poles but this costs just a bit higher than normal package. We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26Ton.
