Features of permanent magnet contactors:

1. No noise: the traditional AC contactor keeps on keeping the electromagnetic force of the silicon steel sheet by energizing the coil, so that the static and dynamic silicon steel sheets are sucked. When the grid voltage is insufficient or the surface of the static and dynamic silicon steel sheet is uneven or there is dust or foreign matter, There will be noise. The permanent magnet AC contactor closing is maintained by the permanent magnet force, so no noise is generated.

2. No temperature rise: the traditional contactor relies on the coil to generate enough electromagnetic force to keep the suction. The coil is composed of resistor and inductor. The long-term current will inevitably generate heat. On the other hand, the flux in the core will wear. The heat is also generated, and the two kinds of heat work together in the contactor cavity, which often causes the contactor coil to burn out, and at the same time, the heat reduces the capacity of the main contact. The permanent magnet AC contactor is maintained by the permanent magnet force. Without the coil, there is naturally no temperature rise.

3. The contact does not tremble: the holding of the traditional AC contactor is realized by the energization of the coil. The holding force is related to the current and the magnetic gap. When the voltage fluctuates in the critical state of closing and opening, the contactor is in a similarity. When the state is divided, it will tremble constantly, causing the contacts to be welded or burned, and the motor will burn out. The holding of the permanent magnet AC contactor is completely realized by the permanent magnet force. When the suction is completed at one time, the voltage fluctuation does not affect the permanent magnet force, or is in the suction state, or is in the open state, and is not in the intermediate state. Therefore, the main contacts are not burnt due to chattering, and the possibility of burning the motor is greatly reduced.
