11. Qualified bidders:

5) The main equipment of the solar power generation system can only be bid by one supplier (the main equipment includes solar cell modules, inverters, bidirectional inverters, batteries);
6) If the legal representative is two or more legal persons of the same individual, the parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary and its holding company may not bid simultaneously in the same goods bidding;
7) The bidder who has not purchased the bidding documents without valid documents is not a qualified bidder. When purchasing the bidding documents, he must carry the valid qualification documents of the bidder and a copy of the business license and affix the official seal;
8) Submitted bid documents The name of the bidder does not match the name of the bidder who purchased the bidding documents, and is not a qualified bidder;
9) This project does not accept consortium bids.
