We buy the raw material from famous mill factory here in China. We'll check the elements of the raw material like silicon, carbon, sulfur etc. in our lab test room. Silicon less than 2%. If they are unqualified, we'll return them. In this way, we can control the quality from the first beginning.
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
Inspection
To ensure the quality, we have professional technicists to inspect the poles during the manufacturing and before delivery.
We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thickness Test, Galvanization thickness Test, etc.
