First, the cabinet assembly inspection

1. The width, depth and height of the cabinet meet the requirements of the drawings, and the diagonal dimension deviation is ≤±2mm; the other key parts of the cabinet meet the requirements;

2. All kinds of connectors, installation plates and lifting rings of the cabinet are installed correctly and the connection is tight.

3. The front and rear doors are opened and closed freely, and the door opening angle is >90°.

4. The paint parts of the cabinet are free from scratches, cracks, blistering, etc., and the color is uniform and meets the requirements.

5. The door, door lock, hinge, lock lever, etc. are installed correctly, the gap is rejected; the door and the sealing plate are not shaken.

6. The cabinet, instrument panel, door panel and other grounding are good, the grounding is good, and the grounding bolt has no paint and other dirt.

7. Mounting plates, brackets, cable access holes, etc., which are likely to cause human body injury or wire damage, should take protective measures.

8. The cabinet is clean and free of foreign matter; there are no oil stains, dirt, dust and other garbage on the inner and outer surfaces of the sealing board.

Second, component installation inspection

1. The component model and specifications meet the requirements of the drawings.

2, component installation location, installation methods, etc. meet the installation requirements and technical requirements of components.

3. The gap between the panel of the circuit breaker body and the panel of the cabinet is even, and the gap size deviation is ≤±1mm;

4, component fixing bolts (screws), flat washers, springs, nuts, etc. are suitable; the tightening bolt torque value meets the requirements, the thread exposes the nut 2 to 5 wire, and the nut is placed on the maintenance side.

5. If all kinds of components have accessories, the accessories should be installed intact, firm and correct.

6, all kinds of components inside, no iron scraps, wire ends, cable ties and other garbage, clean up.

Third, secondary wiring inspection

1. Component identification, terminal circuit name identification is complete, correct, neat and beautiful, and meets the requirements.

2. The terminal label is complete and correct.

3. The wire number at both ends of the wire; the wire number is in the correct position, neat and beautiful.

4, the wiring must be neat and beautiful, balanced and vertical, in line with process specifications.

5. The clearance and creepage distance in the secondary circuit should meet the requirements of the secondary wiring construction specification.

6. The wire passes through the metal partition, the bus bar, the instrument door line to fix the point, etc., and the secondary line should be treated as protection. The length of the instrument door line is moderate, so that the door can be opened and closed freely.

7. The size and specifications of various types of copper terminals are selected to meet the wiring method of component terminals.

8. The crimping method of the copper joint is correct and the crimping is firm. Wiring bolts, flat washers, springs, etc. are of the same specifications, meet the requirements; bolts are tightened, and the threads are exposed to the nuts 2 to 5 teeth;

9. For the same batch of production contracts, the length of the reserved wires is moderate and the fixed position is uniform. For example, a grounded wire, an N wire, a power cord, or the like can be used with a metal circular object having a diameter of about 6 mm, and the wire is wound around 3 to 5 turns.

10. The secondary wiring must be constructed according to the drawings, the wiring is correct, and it meets the requirements of the drawings. The terminal wiring is reserved in the correct position and uniform.

11. The second excess thread must be wrapped in time, hidden and fixed; the wire harness must not be exposed.

12. After the wiring is completed, the foreign objects such as the thread end and the cable tie should be cleaned in time.

Fourth, a wire production installation inspection

1. The type and specification of the wire are correct; the wire phase sequence is connected correctly.

2. There are phase sequence marks on both ends of the wire; the phase sequence marks are neat and beautiful and firm.

3. The wire joint specifications are correct and the crimping method is correct and firm.

4, the length of the wire is moderate, the connection is natural, the fixed position, the way is correct, neat and beautiful.

5. Wire connection bolts, flat washers, springs, nuts, etc. are suitable; the tightening bolt torque value meets the requirements, the thread exposes the nut 2 to 5 wire, and the nut is placed on the maintenance side.

6. When the wire meets the metal edge and metal hole, the metal hole and the metal edge should be treated.

7. When the wire meets the heating element and the main busbar, the wire should be kept at a distance of not less than 5cm from the heating element, such as a reactor, a heater, etc.; the wire cannot be close to the main busbar, capacitor, etc.

8. The clearance and creepage distance of the main circuit meet the requirements. The clearance between different conductive points is not less than 10mm, and the creepage distance is not less than 12.5mm.

9, the wire should not be bundled; the position of the reserved wire is correct, the length is moderate, neat and beautiful, fixed and reliable.

V. Institutional installation inspection

1, high-voltage circuit breakers, low-pressure drawers and other moving contacts, there is a moderate amount of neutral grease; circuit breakers, low-pressure drawers in and out of the operation is flexible, no stuck phenomenon.

2, high and low pressure mechanism, rails, etc. are installed correctly, fixed and reliable. The grounding switch and opening operation are flexible, and the opening and closing marks are correct; the grounding knife has neutral grease.

3. The interlocking function of the high-pressure mechanism meets the requirements of the “five-proof chain”.

4. The valve mechanism of the high-voltage cabinet is installed correctly, the action is reliable, and there is no deviation in the landing.

5. The low-pressure closing and opening-closing operating mechanism is correctly installed, fixed and reliable, flexible in operation, and meets the requirements of interlocking mechanism; There is a moderate amount of neutral grease in the active part of the mechanism.

6. Handcarts, drawers, circuit breakers, etc. of the same functional unit should be interchangeable.

Sixth, busbar installation inspection

1. The phase sequence of the busbar is correct. One plan meets the requirements of the drawings; the space reserved for entering and leaving the busbar is correct and meets the requirements.

2, the bus phase sequence identification paste is complete, correct, neat and beautiful.

3. The surface of the busbar is flat and free of cracks; the connecting holes, the busbars are cut, and the section should be free of burrs.

4. The busbar connection bolts (screws), flat washers, springs, nuts, etc. are of appropriate specifications; the tightening bolt torque values ​​meet the requirements, the threads expose the nuts 2 to 5 wires, and the nuts are placed on the maintenance side.

5. After the busbar connecting bolt is tightened, the bolt has a black fastening marking line, and the marking line marking meets the requirements.

6. The clearance and creepage distance of the main busbar meet the requirements. The clearance of the low-voltage cabinet is not less than 20mm, and the creepage distance is not less than 25mm. The high voltage 6KV clearance is not less than 100mm, and the 10KV clearance is not less than 125mm.

7. The main busbar heat shrinkable sleeve has the correct specifications, no damage, wrinkles, and the cut surface is neat.

8, the busbar connection surface is flat, no foreign matter, the connection is natural and consistent, reliable; requires the connection surface brush conductive paste, should be evenly applied to a thickness of about 0.3mm, after the connection is completed, the excess conductive paste is wiped clean.

9. It is used to connect the connecting piece for the primary or secondary wire. The direction of the connecting piece is correct.

Seven, other inspections

1. Instrument door signage, drawer signage, brow cabinet number plate, brand plate, simulation card, etc., complete, neat, beautiful, firm, and meet the requirements of drawings.

2. If the component type specification mark, circuit mark or live loop phase sequence identification is required, the mark should be complete, neat and beautiful, and correct.

3. Busbar frame, grounding bracket, cable bracket, insulator, etc. are installed correctly and firmly. The switchgear arrangement is in accordance with the drawings.

4, PE row, N row, primary adapter and other accessories need to be equipped with bolts, the number of bolts, the specifications should be correct.
