Introduce the DS1865 burst mode PON controller built-in monitoring circuit. The device has seven independent memory tables arranged in 8-byte rows internally. In addition, the controller also has auxiliary memory, these memories are EEPROM, can be read from the address through A0h.
DS1865 memory map low-level memory addresses from 00h to 7Fh. The memory contains alarms, early warning thresholds, signs, masks and several control registers, password input area (PWE) and table selection bytes. See Figure 1.
Table 01h mainly includes EEPROM (PW1 level access authority) and some alarm and early warning status bytes.
Table 02h is the multi-function area, including configuration registers, proportional adjustment and offset memory, passwords, interrupt registers, and various control bytes.
Table 03h is the user EEPROM area of key data, protected by PW2 encryption.
Table 04h contains a temperature index look-up table (LUT) for controlling the modulation voltage. The modulation LUT can be set in 2 ° C steps from -40 ° C to + 102 ° C. Access to these registers is protected by PW2 encryption.
Table 05h contains another LUT that allows the APC setpoint to be adjusted as a function of temperature for tracking error (TE) compensation. TE LUT has 36 items and can set APC at intervals of 4 ° C from -40 ° C to + 100 ° C. Access to this register is protected by PW2 encryption.
Table 06h contains a MON4 index LUT for controlling the M4DAC voltage. The M4DAC LUT has 32 items and can be configured as a 32-item LUT or two 16-item LUTs. When configured as a 32-item LUT, each item corresponds to a step size of 1/32 of full scale. When configured as two 16-item LUTs, the first 16 items and the last 16 items correspond to 1/16 of full scale. Both 16 items are selected by independent configuration bits. Access to this register is protected by PW2 encryption.

Register Reference Values The following table gives simple reference values for low-level memory, Table 01h and Table 02h. For a description of each bit function, please refer to the corresponding register in the DS1865 data sheet. Tables 03h, 04h, 05h and 08h do not require separate reference values and are not listed here. (Please refer to the data sheet for details of these tables.)
Note: RSVD is the abbreviation of "Reserved".

FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) is a new access technology utilizing an optical network architecture optimized for simple, economical delivery of telephony, packet data and video to the home via a single bi-directional fiber optic strand. This will enable towns to facilitate the delivery of current and future video, voice and data services, and is an all-optical alternative to the traditional copper-based feeder, distribution and drop portions of a residential access network.
We are offering a wide range of FTTH Relative products, such as FTTH Splitter Distribution Box, FTTH Terminal Box, Optical Cross Connection Cabinet, and Fiber Optic Faceplate, etc
