Class I luminaire
The protection against electric shock of the luminaire not only relies on basic insulation, but also includes additional safety measures, that is, connecting the accessible conductive parts to the protective grounding conductors in the fixed line, so that the accessible conductive parts do not fail in the event of basic insulation failure. charged.

Class II luminaire
Protection against electric shock not only relies on basic insulation, but also has additional safety measures, such as double insulation or reinforced insulation, but there are no measures to protect the ground or depend on the installation conditions.

Class III luminaire
The power supply used is a SELV (safety extra-low voltage), and no voltage higher than SELV is generated inside the lamp.

Lamp marking requirements:
The marking should be clearly and durable marked on the luminaire. The minimum height of the text is 2mm and the minimum height of the symbol is 5mm.
The test method for durability of the test mark is to rub with a cloth soaked for 15 seconds. After drying, it is rubbed with a cloth soaked with gasoline for 15 seconds, and then visually inspected after the endurance test is completed. After the test, the mark should be legible, the label is not easy to fall off and not curled.
