The developed high-power LED device realizes the luminous efficiency of 80lm/W, which lays a solid foundation for the development of semiconductor lighting frontier technology and has carried out extensive cooperation with the industry, through sapphire pattern substrate and epitaxial technology, new transparent electrode technology, etc. In the application of enterprises, the company's product level and market competitiveness have been improved, and the industrialization of research and development results has been accelerated. It has carried out extensive international cooperation and talent exchange, and signed cooperation agreements with major R&D institutions of semiconductor lighting such as the United States, Japan and South Korea, and carried out substantive cooperation. Established a team of innovative talents. Through the project to promote the construction of the conditions, relying on the semiconductor lighting research and development center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the hardware platform construction has taken shape, forming a sound management framework, which has promoted the development of China's semiconductor lighting industry.
