CAO Group has introduced a patented new channel-type lighting system that uses a pixel arrangement of custom LED lights to create high-brightness and uniform beams for a variety of different grooved word illuminations. Based on 10 LED strings per module, the new system provides long-term low power consumption, low maintenance, easy installation, high reliability, waterproof and optimized thermal management. It provides uniform color and coverage, providing white, red, yellow, green and blue colors. The main feature of the LuxemBright system is 10 LEDs per module (5 LEDs per pixel, 2 pixels per module). The standard version offers 3 modules per foot, ideal for large channel letter lighting, while the Economy Series offers 2 modules per foot for small channel letter lighting. Double-sided adhesive and screw seats on each side of the module for easy installation, and they can be mounted behind or on the side of the channel. LuxemBright's side mounts allow the groove to be as thin as 2 inches. These high brightness, uniform beam mounting features allow designers to use fewer wire-type feet per slot, reducing part cost and installation time. CAO also offers compatible power supplies, connectors and installation tools. The entire LuxemBright product line, including accessories, is UL listed.
