ACB News "Australian Finance Online" reported that BluGlass announced on April 26 that it announced a cooperation agreement with Huacan Optoelectronics to jointly explore the application potential of RPCVD (Cryogenic Remote Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition) technology and accelerate the pace of commercialization. According to the agreement, Huacan Optoelectronics will mainly evaluate the advantages of RPCVD technology in low-temperature deposition of gallium nitride thin film process and aluminum nitride thin film process, which are used for green LED and high-brightness LED chip manufacturing.
