Philips Lighting has 12,000 employees in China, 5 R&D centers, 12 factories, and many of our business products are headquartered in China. It is not China's R&D center, but a global R&D center in China. China is far from being a production base and several production plants for Philips. China is at a very core position in Philips' business development strategy. Bibo said.
