Anti-dumping tax cancels the export of energy-saving lamps in China

On November 7, the Fair Trade Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, China Lighting Association and Xiamen Trade Development Bureau jointly held an anti-dumping response and industry development seminar for energy-saving lamps in Xiamen. The national energy-saving lamp industry manufacturers were invited to attend the conference.

It is reported that on October 18, the anti-dumping duty imposed by the EU on China's export of energy-saving lamps for eight years has finally been lifted. Moreover, the EU has banned the sale of high-energy household lighting equipment, including incandescent lamps, since 2010, which means that the demand for energy-saving lamps in the EU market will further expand, and the capacity of basic soil enterprises can only meet 25% of them. Market demand. All of these have given me new opportunities for energy-saving lamps to return to the EU market and expand the EU market. Xiamen City currently has more than 50 energy-saving lamp production and export enterprises. In 2007, the export volume of energy-saving lamps reached 580 million US dollars, accounting for 26.2% of the country. It is an important energy-saving lamp export base in China.
