According to statistics from relevant departments, Jinyang New District will save 1.32 million kWh per year through lighting energy conservation.

According to reports, in order to implement the work requirements of the municipal party committee and the municipal government to build an energy-saving society, the Jinyang Management Committee arranged for Jinyang Municipal Government to carry out planned energy-saving tests on the lighting of Jinyang streetlights without affecting the night road lighting in the new district. . After more than two months of trial and error, Jinyang Municipal Administration will follow Jinyang Avenue, Lincheng Road, Xingzhu Road, Jinxi Extension, Jinzhu Road and Guanshan in accordance with the night lighting needs of the main roads and secondary trunk roads. The lighting patterns of roads such as No. 1 Road, Changling South Road and Changling North Road have been adjusted, and the lighting time varies with the seasons. Through the adjustment of the lighting mode, the new district can save more than 5,000 kilowatt hours of electricity every day. After calculation, it can save 1.32 million kilowatt hours of electricity every year.
