Entrusted by the owner of Zhejiang Complete Tendering Agency Co., Ltd. to organize the public bidding for the lighting and large-screen equipment of Hangzhou Radio and Television Center. Suppliers with supply capacity are welcome to participate in the bidding.
I. Content of the tender:
Bid 1: LED large screen, color screen;
Bid 2: Imported 1200KW moving head pattern computer lights, dyed computer lights;
Bid 3: imported computer light console;
Bid 4: Imported follow-up lights, imported lighting dimming stations;
Bid five: package light, cheese light color changer, color changer console, bubble machine, hood;
2. Suppliers applying for bidding registration shall meet the following conditions:
1. A manufacturing or sales agency with independent legal personality and a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
2. Ability to provide long-term services at the user's location;
3. The registration unit and related products must have relevant certification qualifications issued by relevant national authorities;
4. Suppliers and products have no bad records in past purchases and have a good reputation in the market;
5. It has the R&D and integration capabilities of the broadcasting and television system, and has similar cases of successful projects. It has at least one provincial-level radio and television center project performance or the performance of radio and television systems, literary academies, and theater projects in the region.
6. The bidding product requirements are well-known brands at home and abroad;
7. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
3. The following documents must be submitted at the time of registration (to be bound into a book):
1. Introduction letter;
2. A copy of the valid industrial and commercial business license (with official seal) and a copy of the tax registration certificate (with official seal);
3. The registration unit and related products have passed various certification documents (including various national compulsory certifications, test reports, production licenses, qualification certificates, etc.) of the national authorities;
4. Proposal for bidding for major product projects;
5. A detailed introduction of the bidder's profile and specific after-sales service;
6. The bidder's performance certificate of similar projects in the past 3 years (contract, bid-winning notice, etc., the performance table provided shall provide the owner's name, contact information and contact person);
7. Samples of bidding products and related technical materials.
If the information provided is a copy, the original must be taken for reference.
4. The tenderee will determine the qualifications of the bidding supplier based on the submitted documents and inspections to pre-qualify the supplier (including qualifications, technical capabilities, service capabilities, product reputation, corporate reputation, corporate strength, performance, etc.). Suppliers who have passed the pre-qualification and received the invitation to bid can participate in the bidding.
