Third, qualification requirements:
1. The bidder shall be a manufacturer of lighting fixtures with the qualifications of urban and road lighting engineering contractors and above, or a general contractor (bidder) with lighting fixture manufacturers, and a joint venture with urban and road lighting engineering. An installation unit that is qualified for the above grades and above;
2. The registered capital of the lighting fixture manufacturer is not less than RMB 20 million;
3. Lighting fixture manufacturers must pass ISO9000 series quality management system certification;
4. The bidder has the performance of manufacturing and application of tunnel LED lighting.
Fourth, technical requirements:
1. The luminaire is of the rated power (specified as the rated power of the LED) 50W, 100W two types.
2. The LED light source used in the lamp must be a single-chip high-power white light product of international famous brand. Under the condition of constant current supply of 350mA, the forward voltage of a single LED should be controlled between 3~4V, and the luminous flux should be no less than 100 lm. .
3. Under normal working conditions, the measured junction temperature of the LED is ≤80°C.
4. Under normal working conditions, the LED light source should not be greater than 30% of the initial value after 50000h. The LED service life calculated by this standard should be no less than 50,000 hours.
5. Modular design: 1 Tunnel LED lighting adopts constant current power supply mode, the service life of power supply should be no less than 20000h; 2 power supply adopts modular type with rated power 50W; 3 one power supply drives a modular series circuit or A modular series-parallel circuit; 4 lamps and LED circuits use a standard modular version of 50W based on rated power and organization.

13, 100W tunnel LED lighting fixtures must have stepless dimming control function, the power supply in the 0~5V voltage signal range, to achieve 0~100% control of the brightness of the lamp. The brightness of 50W lamps is regulated by 50W and 35W on the power supply.
V. Construction period requirements:
The supply, installation and commissioning time of tunnel LED lighting for this project is from July 2009 to November 2009, and the planned construction period is 5 months.
6.
