At present, high-power LED lighting, whether it is an integrated light source or a variety of substrate patch light sources, are planar light sources. In order to achieve a certain illuminance and illumination area, LED lighting fixtures must be equipped with optics such as lenses. However, these optical devices decelerate the light source and the light beam, causing a certain amount of light loss. Especially for integrated light sources, since each PN junction illuminating beam has a certain angle, the spacing between adjacent PN junctions of the integrated light source is small, and the light beams interfere with each other to cause light loss, plus the astigmatism installed when each integrated light source is applied. The lens, which in turn produces light loss, shows that the light loss of the integrated light source lighting is large. Moreover, due to the denseness of the PN junction, the heat of the integrated integrated light source is very concentrated, which brings a considerable difficulty to the heat exhaust system of the integrated light source, so that it is difficult for the integrated light source to maintain a low light decay state. Also due to the planarity of the integrated light source, the integrated light source is difficult to configure with a low-cost reflective film and cover. For example, some high-power street lamps, in order to change the illumination area and achieve the heat-dissipating conditions, the light shell should be opened 4-5 models. In order to achieve optical effects, the optical device also has to open 2-3 models, thus not only increasing the cost, but also wasting a lot of material resources.

An ideal LED light source not only has enough illuminance in a certain light area, but also needs to be bright and not glare. At the same time, it is necessary to consider the reliability and directionality of the heat generating structure when the LED is illuminated. LED lighting is commonly known as laser lighting, but there are actually problems with light glare. In order to overcome the glare and achieve a certain illumination area, some manufacturers add astigmatism lenses to some lighting fixtures, and some add various types of frosted hoods. These mirrors and hoods consume the energy of the original light source and beam, which directly causes the light source. Corresponding light loss, which affects the lighting effect, reduces the energy saving effect of the LED.
