If the newly purchased mobile phone battery is a lithium battery, then the first 3-5 times charging is generally referred to as the adjustment period and should be charged for more than 14 hours in order to ensure full activation of lithium ion activity. Lithium-ion batteries have no memory effect, but they are highly inert and should be given full activation before they can be used to achieve optimal performance.

Before the battery was shipped, the manufacturers were activated and pre-charged, so the new battery bought had more than enough power. General manufacturers will charge the battery according to the adjustment period, but the standby is still seriously insufficient, assuming that the purchased battery is genuine, in which case the adjustment period should be extended for 3-5 full charge and discharge.

Quickly charge the appliance, when the indicator light changes, it usually only indicates that it is full of 90%. It is not recommended to use it. The charger will automatically change to charge the battery with slow charging. It is better to use the battery after it is full, otherwise it will shorten the use time.

Lithium batteries need not be specially discharged before charging, and improper discharge can damage the battery. When charging, try to charge slowly and reduce the fast charging mode. The time should not exceed 24 hours. After the battery has been fully cycled for 3-5 times, its internal chemical substances will be fully “activated” for optimal use.

Please use the charger of the original or reputable brand. Lithium battery must use the special lithium battery charger and follow the instructions. Otherwise, the battery will be damaged or even dangerous.

Lithium-ion batteries must use special chargers, otherwise they may not reach saturation and affect their performance. After charging, you should avoid placing it on the charger for more than 12 hours. If you do not use it for a long time, separate the battery and the mobile phone.

Many users often turn the phone on while charging, which in fact will hurt the life of the phone. Because during the charging process, the circuit board of the mobile phone may be heated. At this time, if there is an incoming call, an instantaneous return current may be generated, which may cause damage to parts inside the mobile phone.

The battery life depends on the number of repeated charge and discharge, so it should try to avoid charging the battery when there is excess power, which will shorten the battery life. If the phone has been turned off for more than 7 days, the phone battery should be fully discharged before using it.

Cell phone batteries are self-discharged. When not in use, nickel-metal hydride batteries discharge about 1% of the remaining capacity each day, and lithium batteries discharge 0.2%-0.3% each day. When charging the battery, try to use a special socket. Do not share the charger with a home appliance such as a TV.

Do not expose the battery to high temperatures or severe cold. Like the July/August treacherous days, do not leave your mobile phone in the car in the hot sun; or get it in an air-conditioned room and place it in a cool place. When charging, it is normal for the battery to be a little hot, but it must not be allowed to go directly in a hot environment. To avoid this situation, it is best to charge at room temperature and do not cover anything on the phone.
