Process stability

The COB product packs the lamp on the PCB, so the heat is directly radiated through the PCB. Durability
COB process small-pitch LED display has anti-impact, waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-oil, anti-oxidation, anti-static and other properties, so it is wear-resistant, easy to clean. The surface of the lamp point is convex into a spherical surface, which is smooth and hard, and is resistant to collision and wear; when there is a bad point, it can be repaired point by point; without a mask, dust can be cleaned with water or cloth.
Energy saving
The COB display adopts a large chip light-emitting diode, which can effectively improve the brightness, uniform heat dissipation, small brightness attenuation coefficient, and maintain good consistency after long-term use. The technicians use 480*480mm cabinets, and the brightness is 1000nit. The energy consumption of COB-P2.5 and SMD-P2.5 is compared.
