However, the development of LED TV can be smooth, and the supply of light guides is still the focus of observation in 2011. However, the real supply and demand problem of the light guide plate is uneven distribution of production capacity. 3D's large-size TV is another focus of attention. WitsView estimates that the penetration rate of 3D TV in 2011 will increase from 1.5% in 2010 to 8.3%, and the demand will increase from 2.7 million units to 19 million units. Among the divergent 3D technologies, the best-performing shutter glasses will still be in the mainstream in 2011, with a proportion of 81%. Due to the fast update frequency, plasma TVs (PDPs) have the opportunity to follow the footsteps of 3D TVs in this niche market. It is estimated that PDP will account for 28% of the 3D TV market using shutter glasses.

WitsView said that in other relatively small technologies, polarized glasses have better comfort than shutter glasses, but current products still have a vertical resolution of halving and a limited supply. %.
