Now a Shenzhen-based company has rushed ahead of many front-line brands and has taken the lead in displaying the world’s first Tegra 2+Android 4.0 tablet.

It is reported that this tablet is equipped with 10.1-inch 1280x800 resolution touch screen, equipped with Tegra 2 processor, running Android 4.0.1 system, built-in 1GB RAM memory and 16GB storage space, providing a dual camera and a capacity of 7000mAh battery, Bluetooth, GPS HDMI output, USB expansion and other functions, and set aside 3G module ports.

Earlier, there was also news that Ruixin Micro was embarking on an upgrade to the Android 4.0 tablet system equipped with the RK29 solution. However, they have not yet officially completed and are expected to be released before and after Christmas this year.
