3. Connect the unit board display screen with 16P cable in the order from right to left.
4. Connect the 5V power cable of the switching power supply to the power socket of the unit board. Note that the positive and negative polarity of the power supply cannot be reversed.
5. Installation of display card and sending card: Remove the computer case, press the corresponding display socket to install the display card and sending card of the LED display, and fix it with screws. Connect the display card and the sending card with a flat cable.
6. Installation of the receiving card: Install the receiving card at the appropriate position on the right side of the LED display frame, and connect the power supply and the signal line between the receiving card and the unit board.
7. Connect the sending card and the receiving card with five types of twisted pair cables (communication lines).
8. Check if the switching power supply is shorted.
A. Use the resistance of the digital multimeter (200Ω) to measure the resistance between the positive and negative terminals of the switching power supply. The resistance range is between 30~40Ω.
B. Unplug the power plug between the switching power supply and the unit board. Add 220V voltage to the switching power supply and measure the voltage value as +5V±0.2V.
