A total of 15 batches were sampled this time, and 14 batches were qualified. The sampling pass rate was 93.3%, and the overall quality was good.

The spot check found that the main performance indexes such as optical characteristics, lumen maintenance (2000 hours), electrical and cathode characteristics, and energy efficiency limit values ​​of the unqualified products were unqualified. The product not only has a short service life, but also has low luminous efficiency. Because of its poor color tolerance and color rendering index, the use of this product will also have a negative impact on consumers' vision health.

The spot check also found that the production date was not indicated on the 6 batches of products. Double-end fluorescent tubes are electric vacuum parts. If the storage time is too long in the warehouse, there will be a chronic air leakage phenomenon, which will directly affect the service life of the lamps. In serious cases, the lamps will be ineffective. Some small manufacturers have no stable sales. Channels, so deliberately produce some products with no production date identification, which will affect the correct purchase of consumers.

In response to the product supervision and spot check, the bureau has requested the relevant district and county quality and technical supervision departments to strictly handle the unqualified products in this spot check in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, and rectify within a time limit. The law enforcement personnel will be organized to supervise and inspect the handling of unqualified products of the relevant enterprises, and the enterprises that continue to sell the unqualified products will be seriously dealt with according to law to ensure the safety of the personal and property of the consumers.
