The following is the circuit diagram of [CW77P203 application circuit and internal structure]

The CW77P203 is a RISC high performance 8-bit microcontroller with a 15-bit ADC converter. On-chip 2K word OTP read-only program memory, 128-byte data memory, including timer/counter, interrupt controller, LVR (low voltage reset), I/O port, comparator, PWM, watchdog and internal RC oscillator and other functions. Its ADC supports 12 channels, 15 bits of data, up to 12-bit precision, and has two modes of operation: analog-to-digital conversion and comparator. The chip has a wide operating voltage range from 2.2V to 5.5V and an industrial operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Its internal module block diagram is shown in Figure 1.

Electric heater hardware design

The whole set of electric heater consists of liquid crystal display, touch keyboard, rotating and moving motor control, heating control, temperature detection, buzzer alarm and infrared remote control (Figure 2).
