In order to carry out the training, examination and certification of “Lighting Designer Professional Qualification Certification” nationwide, to meet the urgent requirements of the majority of lighting designers, as the initiator of the establishment of this profession and the sole authorization of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China The "Lighting Designer" professional qualification certification body, the China Lighting Society in the form of tender in 2010, in Shanghai, Guangzhou, each set up a training point, specifically:

(1) Entrusted the Shanghai Lighting Society to set up a “Lighting Designer Professional Qualification Certification” training point in Shanghai;

(2) Entrusted Guangdong Hedong Computer Network System Co., Ltd. (China Lighting Network) to set up a “Lighting Designer Professional Qualification Certification” training point in Guangzhou.
