史福特高光效910模组系列LED路灯应用前景广阔

 

       为了满足目前市场对高光效LED路灯产品的需求,史福特照明自行研发设计出了高光效ZD910模组系列LED路灯产品,其发光效率可达85%以上 ,目前已经在北京、广东、苏州、武汉、扬州、仪征、合肥、镇江等多个大中小城市进行应用推广。

       一、 LED光源进行模组化设计,各独立进行模组角度可调(图A),光照范围增大,使得
90~290°的光束角在60~80°可自由调节,增加了均匀度,对于道路中间有绿岛和隔离带的地区可把光照调节到需要的路面,使配光更加合理,以达到最佳的节能目地。多模组的设计也利于维护和替换。

       二、配光波形为:蝙蝠翼形(图B)
特点:
       1.完美矩形光斑。路长方向(C90-C270),最大光强光束角为120度;路宽方向(C0-C180),最大光强光束角为60度。半截光型灯具配光设计,减少灯具眩光。合理的角度光强设计,照度均匀度达到0.7以上。适用于1比3、1比3.5布灯的道路照明。

       2.特殊高性能高分子透镜材料。出光率大于95%,耐温130°以上,抗紫外线,无黄圈现象和彩虹效应。

       三、该款灯具由各个独立的模组组合设计而成,相比整体光源腔的灯具减小了热岛效应(如图C),由于各模组之间有间隙(图D),冷空气下降,热空气上升的原因,所以空气在模组的间隙中会产生上下的对流。更有利于散热,各种独特结构保证了有效的散热,使得LED的寿命达到50000小时。

       史福特独特的封装方式使得导热介质大大减少,LED光源的热量可迅速传导到散热器上。

       (图G)试验结果可以看出使用史福特专利芯片封装技术加独特的模组化设计使得模组路灯光源点热沉的温度控制在48度以下,使得结温控制在大约在63度以内。这样就充分的保证了光源寿命达到50000小时以上。

 

 




       测试条件:1、室内测试:暗室 2、环境温度:25℃ 3、每5小时测温一次
       测试仪器:1、高精度温度测试仪XMD-2000A 2、电脑控制,自动计时
       测试点说明:分别为光源点、散热器、光源腔、透光板。

       五、各功率替换传统钠灯的节电效益和社会效益:

       ●168W LED路灯替换400W钠灯:每盏灯头每年可节电1176 kw/h,可节约火力发电用标准煤470 kg;减少二氧化碳排放1172 kg;减少二氧化硫排放35 kg。
       ●112W LED路灯替换250W钠灯:每盏灯头每年可节电700 kw/h,可节约火力发电用标准煤280 kg;减少二氧化碳排放698 kg;减少二氧化硫排放21 kg。

       六、模组有多种选择形式:4 / 5 / 6 / 7模组组合

 

 



ZD910模组系列路灯采用高光效美国进口LED芯片封装,稳定性高;所有电器也采用进口原装件,可靠性高,宽电压(100-260V~50/60Hz)输入,适应所有电网电压和电压不稳定地区,工作环境温度在-20℃~50℃之间,瞬间点亮无频闪。功率因素>0.95,灯具效率>88%,色温为中性色温(5500k),接近于日光色,人体视觉舒适。光源寿命>50000h,灯具IP65,电器IP67。此款LED 路灯在主、次干路和支路上的应用前景非常好。
 


Advantages of Permanent Magnet DC Motor or PMDC Motor

PMDC motor have some advantages over other types of DC motors. They are :
    1. No need of field excitation arrangement.
    2. No input power in consumed for excitation which improve efficiency of DC motor.
    3. No field coil hence space for field coil is saved which reduces the overall size of the motor.
    4. Cheaper and economical for fractional kW rated applications.

Disadvantages of Permanent Magnet DC Motor or PMDC Motor

    1. In this case, the armature reaction of DC motor cannot be compensated hence the magnetic strength of the field may get weak due to demagnetizing effect armature reaction.
    2. There is also a chance of getting the poles permanently demagnetized (partial) due to excessive armature current during starting, reversal and overloading condition of the motor.
    3. Another major disadvantage of PMDC motor is that, the field in the air gap is fixed and limited and it cannot be controlled externally. Therefore, very efficient speed control of DC motor in this type of motor is difficult.

DC Spur Gear Motor are relative simple in production, so the output efficiency is limited. According to the stages of the gear trains, the efficiency reduce one by one. However, the price would be a bit cheaper than other types DC Gear Motor .
