**Operating Procedures**
1. **Sample Preparation**
Before starting the test, the sample to be dried should be divided into multiple portions. The number of samples per test must not exceed the maximum load capacity of the mold. It is recommended to use a sample weight of 1g. For powders with low density, a smaller amount can be used, as long as the sample covers the inner diameter of the mold.
2. **Instrument Inspection**
Open the back door of the instrument and check the hydraulic oil level in the reservoir. The oil level should be around 2/3 of the tank's capacity. Do not fill it completely. Use Great Wall No. 23 hydraulic oil. If this brand is unavailable, choose a similar type from another manufacturer, but ensure that it is non-polluting, free of impurities, and chemically stable. Hydraulic oil should be replaced every 6 months, and the reservoir holds approximately 40L.
3. **Power-Up Preparation**
Connect the power cable and check if the red emergency stop button on the touch screen chassis is pressed. If it is, turn it counterclockwise until it releases. Once released, the emergency stop will be deactivated, and the instrument will be ready for operation. If the emergency stop is engaged, the machine will not function.
4. **Test Part Structure**
The structure of the test part is shown in the figure above. When using the instrument, pay attention to adjusting the height of the digital dial indicator. This has already been set at the factory, but you may need to make minor adjustments if necessary.
5. **Mold Operation**
The mold is heat-treated for sufficient hardness and does not require special care. However, when assembling the mold, ensure that the long handle moves smoothly. If the mold becomes stuck, do not force it. Check for possible issues such as powder blockage or incorrect assembly of the mold parts. Once the cause is identified, resolve it carefully. Never force the mold open, as this could damage it.
6. **Sample Loading**
After weighing the sample, insert the lower mold (short handle) into the mold platform. Pour the sample evenly into the mold using a plastic funnel. Then close the upper mold (long handle), making sure to rotate it slightly during closure to allow air inside the mold to escape gradually.
7. **Completion and Cleanup**
After completing the test, set the parameters and start the test. Once the test is finished, clean the mold cavity thoroughly. Apply anti-rust oil to the mold after cleaning to protect it from corrosion.
8. **Shut Down**
After the test is completed, turn off the oil pump and disconnect the power supply.

To prevent accidents, do not attempt to access or maintain internal components. All internal parts are not intended for user maintenance. If any malfunction occurs, contact the manufacturer or authorized dealer for assistance.

- **Work Environment**: Keep the workspace clean and free of clutter. Avoid flammable substances or gases in the vicinity of the test area.
4. **Power Supply**
- Input voltage: 380V ± 10%
- Frequency: 50Hz
5. **Operator Qualifications**
Only trained personnel should operate this precision equipment. Ensure all operators are properly trained and familiar with safety procedures.
6. **Safety Rules**
Operators must always follow safety guidelines. They should understand the importance of operating rules and adhere to them strictly.
7. **Clothing Regulations**
Avoid wearing metal accessories, jewelry, or watches while operating the equipment, as they may cause accidental electric shocks.
