In addition, there are obstacles to social security transfer renewal, and employees are not Willing to buy social security, naturally not willing to sign a contract.

The "New Law" restricts the employer from arbitrarily terminating the contract dismissal, and requires the employer to sign a long-term contract or a non-fixed-term contract. Objectively, this ensures the protection of some workers. However, if the employer directly or in disguise reduces the treatment of employees, such as reducing wages or unspent, or increasing the wages very low, the actual income of employees is far below the market level. The wishful "protection" is not the most effective way for the government to help low-income people.
