Mediclean can provide all types of Cleaning Card shapes, CR80/CR50 standard size, Long-T shape, Short-T shape, Long-I shape, etc. Our technical cleaning cards are constructed by Non-woven Spunlace Fabric. Spunlace is absorbent that can increase cleaning time due to slow down IPA evaporating during cleaning process. Equipped with automatic lamination machine, Mediclean has the production capacity of millions of cards per month, it reduce our production cost and keep Mediclean the most competitive company in the market. Customer can decide to use which solution, whether Isopropyl Alcohol or Alcohol Free Solution imported from USA. IPA has better capacity to remove residue, oil, glue, but harsh and inflammable. Alcohol Free Solution is more Eco-friendly and cost the same with IPA. Packaged in 3 layers of aluminium foil bags, our Presaturated Cleaning Cards can be storage as long as two years without IPA leaking.
