Huaneng New Energy [2.06 -4.19%] (0958 HK), Datang Renewables [1.41 -2.08%] (1798 HK), Japan Wind Development Co. , Ltd. (2766 JT), Mitsui & Co. , Ltd. (8031 JT) and Duke Energy Corporation (NYSE:DUK) were selected for the Nasdaq OMX Clean Edge(R) global wind energy index, which will take effect from Monday's opening.
Mingyang Wind Power (NYSE: MY) and Broadwind Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq:BWEN) was removed from the Nasdaq OMX Clean Edge(R) Global Wind Index during regular review of constituent stocks.
