Constant temperature and humidity test chamber

The constant temperature and humidity test chamber is a sophisticated device designed to maintain precise environmental conditions for testing materials, components, or products under controlled temperature and humidity levels. It consists of two main systems: temperature control (heating and cooling) and humidity control (humidification and dehumidification). The system uses a rotating fan installed at the top of the chamber to circulate air, ensuring even distribution of temperature and humidity throughout the internal space.

Sensors inside the chamber continuously monitor the current temperature and humidity levels, sending real-time data to a microprocessor-based controller. This controller processes the information and adjusts the heating, cooling, or humidification systems accordingly. For example, the heating unit can be activated to raise the temperature, while a condensation tube helps lower the humidity. Additionally, a water tank with an evaporation unit allows for controlled moisture addition when needed.

To achieve dehumidification, a refrigeration solenoid valve is used, which helps reduce excess moisture in the air. This ensures that the desired humidity level is maintained consistently. The chamber also features multiple safety mechanisms to prevent damage or malfunction. For instance, if the temperature exceeds a pre-set maximum limit, an over-temperature protector will automatically cut off power to the heating elements. Similarly, if the rotating fan stops, the system will shut down to avoid overheating.

The humidification system is designed to respond to the water level in the tank. If the water level drops too low, the system will reduce or stop power supply to prevent dry operation. Meanwhile, the refrigeration system will also stop if the internal temperature rises above 40°C or if the humidity level becomes too high, ensuring safe and stable operation under all conditions.

This advanced test chamber is widely used in industries such as electronics, automotive, and pharmaceuticals, where maintaining consistent environmental conditions is crucial for product reliability and performance evaluation.

Composite Insulators

The Composite Insulator are made of glassfiber epoxy core rod, silicone rubber shed and metal fittings.
The silicon rubber shed adopt the whole packing pressure technique, can solve the key problem – interface electric spark puncture, which would affect the reliability of composite insulator.
Connection of the glassfiber rod and metal fittings adopts the pressure welding technique of the international advanced level, and have the full automatic sound wave detection of defects system, high intension, beautiful outline, small volume, light weight, and the metal fitting of galvanization can corrosion prevention and exchange used with porcelain insulator.
