Constant temperature and humidity test chamber is a highly controlled environment system used to simulate and maintain specific temperature and humidity conditions for product testing, research, or quality control. It is composed of two main systems: temperature regulation (heating and cooling) and humidity control (humidification and dehumidification). The system ensures a stable and consistent internal atmosphere by circulating air through a rotating fan installed at the top of the chamber.

The air circulation helps balance the temperature and humidity throughout the chamber. Internal sensors continuously monitor the environmental conditions and send data to the temperature and humidity controller, which acts as a microprocessor to process this information. Based on the readings, it issues commands to adjust either the temperature or humidity. These adjustments are carried out using various components such as the air heating unit, condensation tube, and water tank-based evaporation system.

In terms of temperature control, the built-in temperature sensor collects real-time data, and the controller adjusts the system accordingly. For humidity management, the system can increase moisture levels by activating the water heater or evaporating water from the humidification tank. When dehumidification is required, the refrigeration solenoid valve is engaged to remove excess moisture from the air.

To ensure safety and reliability, the constant temperature and humidity chamber includes multiple protective features. The temperature control system has an over-temperature protection device that automatically cuts off power to the heating element if the temperature exceeds the pre-set safe limit. Additionally, if the rotating fan stops, the system will also shut down the heating unit to prevent overheating. The humidification system is designed to reduce or stop power supply based on the water level in the tank, preventing dry burning or over-humidification. Furthermore, the refrigeration system will halt operation if the cabinet temperature rises above 40°C or if the humidity level becomes too high, ensuring the system remains within safe operational limits.

This advanced design makes the constant temperature and humidity test chamber ideal for use in laboratories, manufacturing facilities, and research institutions where precise environmental control is essential for accurate and reliable testing results.

Composite Fuse Cutout

Drop Out Fuse Cutout is a kind of outdoor high voltage protection device, lt is connected with the incoming feeder of thedistribution transformer or distribution lines and primarily used to protect transformers or lines against the impact raised by shortcircuit, overload and switching current. The drop-out fuse cutout is composed of insulator support and a fuse carier, staticcontacts that are fxed on two sides of insulator support and moving contact installed on two ends of fuse carrier, The interior ofthe fuse carrier is the extinguishing tube while the exterior is made of phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass.
