Abstract: RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, Radio Frequency IdenTIficaTIon) is an automatic identification technology that performs non-contact two-way data communication through wireless radio frequency to identify targets. Due to the frequent occurrence of agricultural product safety crises, it is very urgent to realize the safety management and tracking of agricultural products. This article proposes an agricultural product safety monitoring system based on RFID technology. It discusses how to use RFID technology in all aspects of agricultural product circulation. It focuses on the system architecture, system functions, RFID technology implementation strategy and its implementation.

1 Introduction In recent years, due to the frequent occurrence of agricultural product safety crises, it has seriously affected people ’s health and has aroused widespread concern worldwide. Developed countries and regions such as the European Union and the United States require that agricultural products exported to the local area must be able to be tracked and traced back. In China, the issue of agricultural product safety has become one of the main contradictions to be solved urgently in the new stage of agricultural development. How to strengthen the safety management of agricultural products, establish a safety monitoring system for agricultural products, realize the sharing of its information in the entire supply chain, and realize the traceability of agricultural products, so as to achieve end-to-end monitoring from "farm to table" is very urgent! Due to the increasing separation of production and consumption of agricultural products and the complexity of the supply system, there are many links involved in production, processing, transportation, storage, packaging, testing and hygiene. What kind of technology and method to use to achieve full monitoring and traceability of agricultural products is a very important subject.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology has the advantages of easy to use, no human intervention in identification work, batch long-distance reading, low environmental requirements, long service life, data encryption, storage information can be changed, etc., combined with an effective database system and network The system can help realize the monitoring of agricultural products from the source of production to the final consumer. Therefore, this article proposes an agricultural product safety monitoring system based on RFID technology, centering on the four main lines of "production, monitoring, detection and supervision", taking the agricultural product production environment, agricultural product production, agricultural product processing, agricultural product circulation, market entry and other links as the foothold, Real-time monitoring of the production environment, production, processing, flow and sales of agricultural products. Next, based on business process analysis, we discuss how to use RFID technology in all aspects of agricultural product circulation, focusing on system architecture, system business model, system functions and their implementation.

2 System Design The agricultural product safety monitoring system based on RFID technology mainly includes agricultural product production monitoring module, supply base monitoring module, agricultural product logistics enterprise monitoring module, agricultural product storage monitoring module, agricultural product consumption point management module, agricultural product safety management center module, etc.

(1) The agricultural product safety management department (the Administration for Industry and Commerce or the competent agricultural product authority) establishes an agricultural product safety management center, establishes a central database, and the central database communicates with production, processing manufacturers, agricultural product warehouses, and midway monitoring points in real time. The central database has functions such as monitoring, querying, statistics, reporting and planning. The Agricultural Product Safety Management Center is responsible for formulating label coding schemes and number allocations, record management of agricultural product business entities, factory qualification verification, management and cancellation, transportation vehicle qualification review, management and cancellation, and logistics company qualification review, management and cancellation.

Before the primary product is sent, the production base transfers all agricultural product information to the management center in real time.

(3) Agricultural product storage monitoring module: each agricultural product warehouse serves as a regional storage center, responsible for the reception, storage, storage and distribution of agricultural products, and each agricultural product warehouse has a local database. At the entrance of agricultural products, the RFID terminal equipment completes the automatic identification of the agricultural products stored in the warehouse and the input of commodity information. When each product is out of the warehouse, it needs to complete the delivery information including the destination information of the product through the RFID device. The local back-end data management system is responsible for the statistics, analysis, reporting and management of the storage, storage and export information of these commodities. At the same time, the local system must maintain communication with the agricultural product central database in a timely manner to exchange data and instructions. The agricultural product warehouse (referred to as warehouse) accepts agricultural products from the processing center and is the end point of the logistics inspection system. Each processing center is equipped with a local RFID system, which uses the system to encode each packaging unit and write RFID tags, and then affix the tags to the goods, and upload the data to the agricultural product safety management center while loading the vehicle. When the vehicle is loaded, write all the RFID tag labels on the vehicle to the RFID on-board electronic tags equipped with the vehicle at one time. The agricultural product processing center (referred to as the processing center) processes agricultural products and sends the processed agricultural products to various agricultural product warehouses. The processing center is the starting point of logistics and transportation. It is responsible for making electronic tags of agricultural products to be sent, electronic tags of delivery vehicles and electronic seals, and then transfers these electronic information to the management center before sending.

(5) Monitoring module of agricultural product logistics enterprise: The logistics company sends the registration information of the delivery vehicle to the management center, and the management center carries out the qualification review and management of it to facilitate the verification of the vehicle during the transportation process. Each vehicle is equipped with an RFID on-board electronic tag. This tag serves as the vehicle's identity mark, and records the identity information of the vehicle and the information of the RFID tag of the goods shipped by the vehicle, so that the vehicle can be associated with the information of the goods. On-board electronic tags require the use of active tags (such as 5.8G) in order to be able to store a large amount of information and enable remote identification of vehicles. At the same time, active 5.8G RFID tags can be unified with existing highway non-stop toll collection systems.

(6) Agricultural product sales point management module: when the consumer receives agricultural products delivered from the warehouse, it reads and verifies the electronic label information on the product, and uploads the data to the management center and warehouse database in real time.

(7) Agricultural product transportation monitoring point module: During vehicle transportation, vehicles can be monitored through the monitoring point. The monitoring point can be monitored by law enforcement personnel through manual means, or can be automatically monitored by installing fixed equipment. The monitoring means can be a handheld terminal or a fixed RFID device. The information collected by the monitoring point can be wireless through GPRS, or through TCP / IP communicates with the Agricultural Product Safety Management Center. The management department can set up fixed transportation monitoring points and mobile manual transportation monitoring points (monitoring points for short) to conduct legality checks on the delivery vehicles.

3 RFID technology implementation strategy The application of RFID to the safety management of agricultural products, the most important thing is to apply the characteristics of RFID tags to ensure the realization of "source" agricultural product tracking solutions and the ability to provide complete transparency in the agricultural product supply chain. In order to achieve this goal, different label formats and label reading formats are selected at different stages and in different logistics processes.

(1) Production link: The production link generally includes the following production methods. One is live pigs and live poultry, etc., which are agricultural products transported from farms to processing enterprises. Need to install RFID electronic tags on the living body. The second mode of production is vegetables and fruits that need to be processed or not, and some agricultural products that need to be processed. The production process of these two agricultural products needs to be recorded in detail in the production process and stored in the local database. After the agricultural products are produced, RFID electronic tags are added to the trays for the transportation of agricultural products to record the information of these batches of products, and Corresponds to the information in the local database. In the production stage, 13.36MHz or 125KHz passive electronic tags are used. Because the cost of such tags is relatively low, it is easier to apply to the production process. The tags mainly record the relevant information of production and breeding, such as the farm number and the time of shipment. Etc., and this information should be connected with the production enterprise's own information system database in order to query the detailed information of the production process. RFID read-write card machines are installed in various production enterprises to realize the writing of agricultural product information.

(2) Processing link: The processing link is divided into two situations, one is the agricultural products directly delivered from the production base to the processing enterprise for processing, and the other is that foreign agricultural products are imported through the local processing enterprise and then enter the agricultural product supply chain. For the agricultural products directly delivered from the production base, the processing enterprise reads the RFID information on the agricultural products, then keeps the information in the tags, and further adds the processing information of the agricultural products to the processed agricultural product electronic tags. The use is similar to the production process. For agricultural products with higher value and stricter environmental requirements, a single RFID electronic label is applied. For products with lower value, labels are applied to transported pallets and large packages. Bar code technology is applied to agricultural products.

(3) Transportation link: The logistics company sends the registration information related to the delivery vehicle to the management center, and the management center carries out the qualification review and management of it to facilitate the verification of the vehicle during the transportation process. During the transportation of agricultural products, only logistics enterprises certified by the Agricultural Products Management Center can engage in the transportation of agricultural products. Because of the need for safety, container transportation is used in the transportation process, so there are strict requirements for the installation of RFID electronic tags in the transportation link. First of all, it is required to read the information of each agricultural product transported, and then record it in detail on the RFID electronic label installed on the container. The seal is generally installed on the door handle of the container or on the wall of the carriage, which can prevent the agricultural products during transportation accident. For the RFID electronic tags used in container transportation, we will use 900MHz or 2.45GHz active electronic tags, which can ensure that the amount of information recorded in the data is large, and the data content includes agricultural product information in the container, transportation vehicle information and delivery time. This information is associated with the local database of the logistics company. At the transportation detection point and at the end of the transportation process, the inspectors should check whether the information in the active electronic tags installed on the container is consistent with the data from the management center.

(4) Storage link: In the storage link, it is necessary to store the delivered agricultural products equipped with RFID electronic tags. In this way, RFID reading and writing equipment that automatically judges the incoming and outgoing agricultural products and records agricultural product information needs to be installed at the entrance Multiple reading and writing devices are installed in the warehouse to record agricultural products in different areas. When inventorying goods or inquiring goods, you can use handheld card readers to directly inquire about the goods. The application of RFID in the warehousing process focuses on the reading and management of RFID information. Wearing RFID electronic tags on forklifts or workers inside the warehouse can effectively use resources and make the storage process more efficient and faster.

(5) Consumer link: In the consumer link, the application of RFID is mainly concentrated on the RFID readers and readers equipped at the consumer point to verify the information of the food delivered from the warehouse. For the verified food information, the consumer point can be sold. If they do not match, it is necessary to report the abnormality of the goods to the management center, and at the same time refuse to enter the consumption point. When selling agricultural products at the point of consumption, RFID card readers are used to record the information of each piece of food sold. So in this link, the application of RFID is mainly to confirm the information.

4 Application examples Taking the aquatic product safety monitoring in Doumen District, Zhuhai City as an example, the aquaculture environment query can track the aquaculture production input and the aquaculture environment by region, time period, and electronic label number. Once the quality problem of aquatic product safety is found, the cause of the problem can be traced through this system. By selecting the agricultural product electronic label number, statistical scope, and input time, you can inquire about the breeding environment, the use of fry, feed, and medicine in the aquaculture process, as shown in Figures 1 and 2.

5 Conclusion
The application of RFID technology provides a feasible and efficient way to realize the safety monitoring of agricultural products. In the system introduced in this article, by attaching RFID electronic tags to agricultural products and processed products, setting up a database for agricultural product safety management centers and setting up local databases at various agricultural product warehouses, the production, transportation, processing, storage and sales of agricultural products have been realized. All-round tracking of links. Through the construction of this system, not only can trace the epidemic and pollution problems of the breeding and processing industry, but also trace the abuse of drugs in the breeding and breeding process, and the use of additives beyond the range and in the processing process, changing the previous management of agricultural product quality and safety, focusing on production After the control, ignore the prevention control phenomenon in production.
