According to the Economic Information Daily on the 20th, it was learned from the relevant departments that the artificial intelligence industry promotion measures to be introduced in China in the future are mainly divided into three categories. The first category is the specific industry landing policy, including the introduction of fiscal and tax incentives for artificial intelligence SMEs and start-ups. The second category is to promote the development of various types of artificial intelligence innovation. It mainly includes the promotion of the construction of several leading international innovation bases in the field of artificial intelligence in accordance with the layout and framework of science and technology innovation bases. The third category is the development of laws, regulations and ethical norms that promote the development of artificial intelligence.
According to the "New Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Plan" issued by the State Council, China has put forward a phased development task of "three steps" in a targeted manner, and clarified the strategic goal of the future artificial intelligence industry: the overall technology and application of artificial intelligence in 2020 and the world advanced Horizontal synchronization, the artificial intelligence core industry scale exceeds 150 billion yuan, driving related industries to more than 1 trillion yuan; by 2025, some technologies and applications have reached the leading level, the core industry scale exceeds 400 billion yuan, driving related industries to more than 5 trillion yuan Yuan; by 2030, the technology and application will reach a leading level overall, and the core industry will exceed 1 trillion yuan, driving the relevant industries to exceed 10 trillion yuan.
